After more than a year of restriction, we are excited to share that we are now welcoming in-office visits at our hospital!

Curbside care will remain an option for those of you who are more comfortable continuing to wait in your vehicles during your pet's visit.

If you are coming in for an appointment for your pet, please note the changes in our policies and procedures.

When You Arrive

All visitors, regardless of visit type, must call upon arrival. Please look for one of our parking spots with numbered signs and let us know which spot you are in when you arrive. If you will be coming inside with your pet, a member of our staff will escort you into the building when your pet's exam room is ready.

During Your Visit

At this time, we are still requiring masks and will reassess on an ongoing basis. Only one pet parent per visit will be allowed inside. Please maintain six feet of distance from others in the lobby. Sample or patient drop-offs, technician appointments, and supply pick-ups, will remain curbside only until further notice.

Heading Home

If you have chosen to remain in your vehicle, when your pet is all finished with their visit, the veterinary technician will return your pet to you outside the office.
